As Holiday Park Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the park is managed in line with the standards, objectives, and business expectation.

**Full time, permanent position. 40 hours per week across 5 days out of 7.**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Management of all aspects of the operation and maintenance of the park
- Responsible for the security of the park
- Ensure that the park is operated within the bounds of the site license
- Identify opportunities to expand, promote and develop the business, maximizing pitch sales and any ancillary revenue streams such as the shop
- Undertake risk assessments as required
- Direct maintenance team in ensuring flowerbeds, grassed areas, roads, pavements, and other communal areas are immaculately maintained.
- Direct maintenance team in ensuring pitches are maintained in between bookings.
- Actively maintain good relations with suppliers, contractors and tradesmen
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of all company policies, processes and procedures and ensure that all Park staff are compliant with them.
- Manage staff through development of rosters, holiday requests/absence and performance management.
- Ensure that staff are trained to meet statutory health and safety requirements and maintain all appropriate compliance and H&S records
- Ordering supplies, stock and equipment.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
