About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Legal Administration Supervisor to join their team in Ringwood. As a key member of the Legal Administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the fair distribution of workflow, assisting with solicitor and external party interactions, and providing specialist support for complex matters.

The ideal candidate will have a background in conveyancing, preferably in the leasehold market, and experience in legal administration. You will be able to manage and develop people with confidence, while maintaining high levels of team motivation. Your professional and highly organised approach, excellent attention to detail, and good command of written and spoken English will be essential in delivering an exceptional administration service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering an exceptional administration service, with a professional and highly organised approach. You will be able to provide reliable, credible advice and feedback, using your skills as a 'subject matter expert', making sound decisions, and role-modelling professional behaviours.

You will be able to work as part of a team, supporting in a variety of administrative tasks, while taking overall responsibility for managing the team, including recruitment, training, performance management, reviews, and coaching. Your continuous professional development will be essential in staying updated with current legislation and ensuring that Churchill remains compliant with regulators (RICS / NAEA).
