**Conveyancing Legal Secretary - Bristol**
We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a growing legal practice with an excellent reputation based in Bristol.
- Able to carry out general tasks involved in a conveyancing transaction e.g. drafting deeds, ordering reports, preparing registration forms etc, LBTT
- Able to carry out copy typing and dictation
- Able to maintain a high level of presentation and accuracy
- Capable of carrying out general office duties to a high standard
- Professional with a strong sense of discretion and experience working in a Solicitor’s office
- Enthusiastic and hard working
- Photocopying, scanning, recording telephone messages, arranging meetings, general diary management and various other administration tasks.
- Able to prioritising workload and manage time efficiently
- Able to work as part of a team
The role would suit those local to the area that seek to settle long-term within a supportive firm. Applicants who don’t have residential conveyancing experience but do have strong audio or digital typing skills are encouraged to apply.
