Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new conveyancing quotations, following anti-money laundering procedures, and producing client engagement letters. This is a full-time role based in our Clifton office, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with one hour for lunch.

Main Responsibilities:
* Generating new conveyancing quotations
* Following anti-money laundering and on-boarding procedures
* Opening new files on our case management system
* Producing client engagement letters and new client packs
* Dealing with correspondence from clients, agents, lenders, landlords, and solicitors
* Ordering conveyancing searches
* Using the Land Registry Portal
* Answering telephones and updating clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
* Performing post-completion work for purchases

Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in residential conveyancing
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to demonstrate excellent client care
