We have been established for over twenty-five years, as a prominent company specialising in toilet seats and general bathroom spares. Venezia Marketing is an independent family run business, and we currently have over 25 members of staff.
We are looking for someone to join our team as an Office Customer Service & Support Adviser, which is a Full -Time position, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
**We are currently based in Barnet but will be relocating to new completely refurbished offices and warehouse facilities in Hoddesdon in the new year. We are seeking a confident, customer focused person to join our sales team.**
**General job role includes**:
- Work with the support team to respond to customer enquiries.
- Building & updating products on our website
- Update & editing images on our website
- Opportunity to grow within your role while learning on the job
**Required skills**
- A background in a similar role would be useful, but not essential as training will be given.
- Good clear telephone manner
- Good practical computer experiences essential.
- Strong customer service focus
- Be organised and be able to work as an individual on your own initiative, also to work well as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organised with strong time management skills
- We are looking for someone with a positive and mature attitude to work

starting salary £11.50 per hour / £23,920 per annum
Annual leave - 20 Days Per Annum + Bank Holidays
