**Who we are looking for**
**The roles**
You will oversee a portfolio of projects and manage multidisciplinary teams geared towards delivering outstanding work for our clients, while contributing to an engaging and inspiring work environment.
- Responsibilities_
- Lead on the conceptualisation and development of both qualitative and quantitative research, and oversee their execution (particularly interviews, surveys, focus groups and desk-based research or fieldwork)
- Manage the day-to-day tasks of the research team
- Produce analysis that brings both qualitative and quantitative findings to light
- Recruit suitable research participants depending on project needs
- Design sampling methods for surveys
- Engage with stakeholders and clients
- Desirable skills_
- Project management skills
- Prior experience managing research teams
- Knowledge of qualitative analysis software (e.g. NVivo or similar)
- Experience in mixed methods projects
You will play an integral role in designing and implementing our qualitative research projects, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, desk-based research and fieldwork. As part of our team, you will be mentored by top researchers and take your analytical, teamwork and project management skills to another level. The work you contribute to will have an impact on key policy areas worldwide.

**Requirements**:
University-level degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. psychology, social policy, geography, sociology, anthropology, political science etc.). A Master’s degree or PhD would be a plus but is not essential.
