**The Role**: Where Innovation Meets Impact
As a Researcher in the dynamic TDI (TOMs Data & Insight) team, your mission extends beyond traditional research.
**You will**:
- Conduct and lead research projects with autonomy, crafting solutions that measure and magnify social impact.
- Analyse complex data, blending quantitative accuracy with qualitative insights to shape our frameworks and strategies.

**We're Looking For**:
- A degree in Economics, Sustainable Development, or a related field.
- 2+ years in policy evaluations, green book principles, theory of change modelling, or related techniques.
- Proven experience in research, with a keen interest in socio-economic or environmental studies.
- A passion for social value, matched with a robust analytical mindset.
- The resilience to navigate complexity, manage multiple projects, and drive innovation.
- Curiosity and the courage to ask questions, learn by doing, and adapt to new challenges.
