**Job summary**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer focused person to join our busy Talent and Learning team as Talent and Learning Administrator. Companies House is a great place to work and we’d love you to come and join us

As our Talent and Learning Administrator, you’ll provide high quality administrative support to the Talent & Learning team and work in collaboration to deliver a high standard of service to support colleagues with their learning and development experience. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team where you will enjoy a varied role with opportunities to learn new skills.

**Job description**:

- Arrange and coordinate learning activities, including training course bookings, delegate invitations/joining instructions, diary appointments and feedback processes, ensuring that our internal customers receive a brilliant service.
- Raise purchase orders and payments and process invoices for various learning activities using appropriate systems.
- Record and monitor all training expenditure and planned spend, ensuring that information is complete and accurate.
- Ensure that accurate training data is held on our learning systems, extracting reports to support evaluation processes and decision making.
- Liaise with external training providers, venues, and Government Campus to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all learning events.
- Provide support to coordinate various learning initiatives and projects, such as induction and apprenticeships.
- Work collaboratively with the wider organisation to champion learning and advocate a culture of improvement.
- Support with agendas and note taking for Talent and Learning team meetings.
- Assist with promoting learning and training opportunities and events internally.
- Manage and monitor the Talent and Learning team mailbox, responding to enquiries from internal customers and external suppliers in line with service level agreements.

**Person specification**:

- Has some relevant administration experience, preferably in a similar environment, with the ability to plan and coordinate learning and development events and activities
- Is comfortable working with basic spreadsheets, payment processes and L&D record management systems
- Is committed to delivering a great service to our internal customers
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a wide range of people, at all levels - across and outside our organisation
- Is well organised - to manage a variety of tasks and your own workload, so that everything is completed accurately and on time
- Can adapt to a variety of tasks and a dynamic way of working
- Works well independently and as part of a team - being comfortable following instruc
