**About Our Client**:

- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage ER issues
- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring
- Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
- Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful HR Advisor should have:

- Proven working experience as an HR Advisor
- In-depth knowledge of labour law, ER issues and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-focused approach
- Proficiency in HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- The ability to work independently
- An understanding of GDPR
