- Assisting with onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters and contracts, scheduling induction programmes and ensuring all documentation is processed, such as background checks and right to work checks
- Assisting with off-boarding activities, such as arranging exit interviews and updating employee records
- Maintaining and updating people records, including employee information, contracts, and benefits documentation
- Supporting purchase orders and invoice processing for the People Team
- Assisting with the implementation and improvement of people policies and procedure
- Assisting with people-related projects such as employee engagement initiatives

**The reward package**:

- A starting base salary of up to £50,000 (based on your current level of experience), reviewed annually
- Flexible and hybrid working options
- Company stakeholder pension scheme with 4% employer contributions
- Comprehensive private health insurance, including access to a private GP service and dental cashback
- 32 days holiday per annum (incl. public holidays)
- Inclusive culture and environment, where you’ll be genuinely valued, listened-to and respected
- Meals, snacks and drinks provided in the office (there really is such a thing as a free lunch)
- Great life and wellbeing support, with multiple online and in-office resources
- Tax-efficient cycle to work scheme

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- Previous experience in HR and/or recruitment coordination roles
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of admin

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and operate calmly in a fast-paced environment
