We are currently seeking a Document Controller on the outskirts of Truro ASAP on a fixed term basis for 9 to 12 months. There is potential for the role to go permanent after this duration.

We are seeking someone with great technical admin skills. You must be highly organised, able to multi-task and be a great communicator. You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Design Manager with daily administrative tasks as required to include pre-project reviews
- Monitor, maintain and distribute drawings and project documents
- Corresponding with clients, managing incoming documents from them
- Produce reports as required
- Collate contract documents
- Keeping project records accurate
- Maintain accurate document registers and issue to the relevant parties

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday full time - 830am to 5pm

£22k to £25k per annum
