Production Coordinator

Network is an online TV company that produces and streams high-quality content for viewers around the world. We are looking for a talented Production Coordinator to join our team in Truro, Cornwall.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all aspects of production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
- Liaise with producers, directors, crew members, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Schedule and organize shoot dates, locations, and equipment rentals.
- Manage and maintain production budgets, ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary limits.
- Assist with casting and talent negotiations.
- Oversee and manage production assistants and interns, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance policies are obtained.
- Prepare production schedules, call sheets, and other documentation.
- Assist with the coordination of post-production activities, including editing, sound design, and color grading.
- Maintain an organized production office, including file management and document archiving.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in production coordination, preferably in the television or film industry.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- A strong understanding of production workflows and timelines.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for online TV and a commitment to producing high-quality content.

**Salary**: £17,127.61-£30,917.76 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
