They are looking for an experienced facilities management professional, to manage Campus Operations, managing the the provision and delivery of soft facilities management services, working to ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained throughout thecampus.
**Your new role**
The role holder will be responsible for the management of a multi-disciplinary team, accountable for ensuring the highest standard of performance is maintained and an excellent level of customer service is delivered across key frontline services, including:security, reception, travel and transport, print and mail services, and facilities support.
In this role, you will:

- manage, develop and deliver activities from the University Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) related to Campus Operations.
- Implement, manage, monitor and review policies and procedures relevant to facilities support, cleaning services, car parking management, reception, mailroom, waste management and recycling.
- Liaise with and establish good working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective and customer-oriented services are maintained.
- Hold line management responsibility for Campus Ops Supervisors, Facilities Assistants, Receptionists, and Campus Cycling Officer

**What you'll need to succeed**
My client is looking for an individual who has a background in facilities management and has significant practical experience in a similar role. You will have proven management skills and the ability to motivate and lead a multi-disciplinary team and the abilityto relate with a diverse range of stakeholders inside and outside an organisation and build mutually beneficial relationships.
Ideally you will hold one or more of the following memberships/qualifications: RICS, BIFM, IWFM, ISMI, etc.
