**Part-time: 30 hours per week**

**Fixed-term: until 31/03/24 with the possibility of an extension
We are looking for a Campus Rooms Assistant to provide a professional facilities and equipment support function for the buildings on the Holyrood campus, acting as a first point of contact for staff, students and visitors and assisting with health & safety and security checks across the Holyrood campus.

**The Opportunity**:
The University of Edinburgh’s Holyrood campus is home to Moray House School of Education and Sport (MHSES) and the Centre for Open Learning (COL). It contains a wide range of specialist facilities including science laboratories, design and technology workshops, art and music facilities and sports labs and gyms, as well as general teaching and office space, spread across 8 buildings off Holyrood Road.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a facilities or operations background to assist in the delivery of a facilities management service. We are looking for someone with good customer service and interpersonal skills, problem solving and the ability to work as part of a team.

- Experience in a customer service setting with a strongly developed sense of service delivery and customer / student focused approach.
- Ability to demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and good level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work as team member whilst under pressure.
