**Office Based Role using administrative skills.**

We are looking for someone who has worked as a Care Assistant who is now wanting to move their caring skills and work in an office managing a variety of care administration tasks.

This role will give you a great opportunity to grow and take on extra responsibility, working in a busy Team of Care Supervisors and Care Coordinators who support each other and work as a close knit Team. This opening represents an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a growing and dynamic company who invest in their people and will allow you to support in business growth and the delivery of quality care.
- Previous experience of working in a homecare/community-based care environment
- Strong communication skills
- To be a team player, with a flexible attitude and positive outlook
- Be able to learn new systems and be IT literate
- Have experience of supervising a small Team of Carers and carrying our quality reviews
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- To be able to think fast on your feet and make quick decisions

**Within this role you will be required to:

- **
- Manage staff rotas
- Coordinate and allocate shifts to Carers
- Match the right carer to the right client, depending on skills/availability/location
- Assist the Registered Care Manager with day to day operations
- Assist with inducting and supervising of new Carers to the organisation
- Develop strong working relationships with carers and clients
