I am looking for a customer administrator here in Morley Leeds to help customers and potential customers using our services. It's a lovely role helping people every day that need our services.
We are growing rapidly in the field of sustainable, affordable, temperature insulated packaging. This is a proactive, disruptive (in a good way), forward-thinking business whose turnover and sales have increased rapidly during and since the global pandemic. Reporting to a General manger, you will positively engage with prospects and clients, helping them to realise their goals of using biodegradable, ethically sourced, user friendly packaging. **More about the role and what we need from you**
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the Sales and Customer Service functions.
The main responsibilities of the role can be summarised as follows
- You’ll be responsible for the management of relationships with the customer base and you’ll develop a long-term relationship with the customers and fully understand their needs and challenges in order to grow business on a profitable basis
- Co-ordination with internal and external teams and other operational departments to ensure customer expectations are set and achieved.
- To respond promptly and positively to all incoming messages from prospects and clients, and to manage all necessary outbound contact with prospects and clients.
- To log all new leads and interactions in Hubspot.
- Be organised and able to work through follow up lists and to target dates.

- A good strong client centric approach.
- A friendly and professional disposition with both clients and internal teams.
- An outgoing personality, good communication skills (particularly on the phone) and a desire to learn about new products and improve our customers’ experience.
- Focus, organisation skills and be proficient with data entry and CRM solutions.
- Business and financial acumen for growth.
- Excellent team communication to manage client expectations and pass information on in a timely manner.

**Salary**: £22,250.00-£26,000.00 per year
