**The role**:

- You will review CCTV images of cars parked in contravention of local site rules.
- You will validate Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s) including potential fines versus approved user and exemption lists.
- You will undertake check-ups of vehicle ownership through the DVLA.
- You will create and post statutory notification letters to members of the public.
- You will coordinate of first line appeals and debt recovery to the point of being passed to a third-party stakeholder.
- You will scan of inbound post/correspondence from members of the public.
- You will interpret enabling legislation and codes of practice.
- You will be the first line for the management of complaints.
- You will monitor payment status of Penalty Charge Notices.
- You will complete Payment Management activities such as Refunds, Transaction Reversals and Redress Payments.
- You will utilise software programs such as Parkway and FGL.

**What you’ll bring**:

- You will have excellent documentation skills.
- You will have the ability to work in an administrative setting.
- You will have a keen eye for detail.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will be eager to acquire new knowledge of computer systems.
- You will have the ability to multitask and adapt to change with minimum supervision.
- You will have experience of working in the parking industry is desirable but by no means essential.

**What we’ll offer you**:

- £19,855 per annum
- 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday on a rotating basis of 08:00-17:00 and 09:00-18:00)
