**Join our Team**

We are excited to be recruiting for a part-time **Medical Administrator **to join our team at Dingwall Medical Group, providing a wide range of administrative services to the Practice.

We are a twelve doctor practice, based in the Health Centre in Dingwall, and cover a large geographical area from the western edge of the Black Isle, Evanton in the North, West to Achnasheen village and South as far as Muir of Ord. We have almost 12,000 patients and the doctors are supported by the practice team that includes Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants as well as a large administration team.

In this role you will schedule appointments, and organise and administer patient visits. You will also deal with enquiries at reception and provide general administrative support like scanning and processing documents, data entry, and filing and processing letters.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

The role is for 15 hours a week (Tuesday and Thursday full days).

Payrate £11.66 per hour increasing to £11.87 per hour after probation

35 days annual leave (pro rata), Christmas bonus, NHS Pension
