**Desired skills and experience**:
- Excellent organisational skills to accurately plan and deliver projects
- Effective and clear communication across all levels
- Can work within an operational IT environment
- Ability to accurately document and maintain records accordingly
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to own and manage incidents and issues through to resolution
- Can understand service levels, KPIs and produce reports and improvement plans based upon the information
- Previous project management experience
- Experience within an ITIL environment or exposure to ITIL service management practices beneficial
- Experience working for or with a managed service provider
