Within the Risk & Compliance function, we have an exciting role available supporting the delivery of the people, communications and governance agenda for the division.
This role is responsible for planning & coordinating activities and events, drafting agendas/invites and presentation packs and supporting people & communications related activities such as Culture, Engagement, Everyday Inclusion, Wellbeing, Development, CSR, Property & IT. You’ll also contribute to the implementation & execution of the communications plan as well as supporting with key governance related activities to ensure the division are delivering against bank wide requirements.

- Working collaboratively within the team and across the function to deliver the people, communications and governance agenda for the division.
- Supporting the implementation of people related initiatives to drive engagement across the function.
- Providing all aspects of organisational and administrative support
- Communicating with other teams and senior stakeholders as required.
**What you’ll bring.**
- Good planning, coordination, and organisational skills, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Previous experience of drafting communications such as newsletters etc.
- Experience of planning & executing events either formally or informally

This role is based in Milton Keynes with flexibility working from home.
