- **Staff Management**: Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals and support staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Monitor the condition of gym equipment, perform regular checks, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and industry regulations.
- **Program Coordination**: Collaborate with fitness instructors to organize and promote fitness programs, classes, and events.
- **Membership Sales Support**: Assist in membership sales and retention efforts, providing information and support to potential and existing members.
- **Group Exercise**: Take a leading role in the planning, developing, and administering all aspects of the group exercise and instructor training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the fitness industry.
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques.
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to work towards
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
- RLSS Pool Lifeguard desirable but not essential
