Job Title: Stockroom Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion destination for men and women. As a key member of our back of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stockrooms and back of house areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily workload and delegate tasks to team members
  • Supervise work, check completion, and deliver to expectations set by line managers
  • Manage stockrooms and back of house areas, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Tightly control stock loss across the store, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
  • Utilize business communication tools to complete tasks and ensure team members understand key functions
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, setting a positive example for others
  • Support the maintenance of store environment and housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Understand and deliver to merchandising guidelines, ensuring effective product placement and meeting brand partner expectations
  • Engage with and provide feedback to contribute to the wider business
  • Support senior management in coaching the team, identifying development needs and providing guidance
  • Demonstrate strong, positive communication to all levels, motivating the team and building good working relationships within the store

Requirements

  • Experience of leading a team within a retail environment
  • Experience of working with high volumes of product and stock
  • Knowledge of and passion for luxury brands
  • Ability to drive sales through excellent service
  • Understanding of visual presentation and its impact on sales floor commercially
  • Ability to motivate a team with effective communication
