As the Senior Sales & Design Consultant, you'll be ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and get their glam on You'll lead by example, motivating and guiding our team to achieve new heights in sales and customer satisfaction. Your caring nature will be instrumental in creating a positive and empowering work environment for everyone.

What you are going to do:

- Assist the Management team in the day to day operations of the store and achieving in store KPI’s
- Take full responsibility of the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Planning workload, allocating tasks, monitoring progress against targets
- Deliver a smiley, engaging customer experience that makes a lasting impression
- Ensure the visual presentation of our store is maintained to an exceptional standard at all times, representing our brand and merchandising guidelines
- Make sure all of our glam goods are regularly replenished
- Assist customers to find products that meets their needs, dreams and aspirations
- Handle cash in line with the company policy / process
- Build and maintain amazing relationships with your store colleagues and add positive energy to the store team
- Handle deliveries and stock control as requested
- Assist in ensuring all stockrooms are maintained to a high standard with all stock accessible and treated with respect
- Be resourceful and versatile in response to changing demands of the retail
- Comply with and uphold health and safety procedures and guidance in the workplace

What you are going to need:

- Previous Management or supervisor experience with a strong sales and customer service background
- A home/interior design interest
- Be a positive, highly engaged and motivated individual who has a passion for delighting their customers through delivering exceptional service every time
- Thrive on achieving, have a competitive nature, enjoy that your individual contribution means your team succeed
- Be driven, resilient, have excellent time keeping and take pride in your work
- Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to our customers
- Good observation skills with an eye for detail, exceptional organisational and problem solving skills
- A can do attitude, drive to succeed and enjoy learning and developing
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Familiarity with social media, and to be prepared to get involved creating social media content in-store for our channels
