As a Stockroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the stockroom and back of house areas, ensuring that all stock is accurately counted and stored, and that the store environment is maintained to the highest standards.

You will also be responsible for supervising the work of the stockroom team, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the expected standard.

Additionally, you will be responsible for tightly controlling stock loss across the store, using business communication tools to complete tasks, and ensuring that the team understands all key functions.

You will also be responsible for understanding all processes and procedures, setting an example for others, and supporting the senior management team to coach the team.

Key responsibilities include:
