Element Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a prestigious organisation, based in central Bristol, who are looking for a PA/EA to join their team for the next 5 months. This role will be based in the offices in central Bristol.

Full time. 35 hours per week.

Paying £15 - £16 per hour (+ holiday)

DESCRIPTION OF THE POST
- Create documents, minutes, presentations and reports from an outline brief and work competently with Microsoft packages, ensuring that accurate, up-to-date data and information is accessible to those who require it
- Develop and maintain electronic and paper filing systems, databases, spreadsheets, and web pages (including drafting and uploading content) to ensure accurate, up to date information is accessible to those who need it
- Gather and manipulate routine data (eg estate benchmarking data) so that others can interpret it or incorporate it into their own work
- Handle confidential material with appropriate care; including generating confidential documents (e.g. divisional plans, private correspondence) and exercising due care and attention to the transfer and/or storage of such information
- Management of the Directors revenue budget, tracking of expenditure against budget and full reconciliation with the ERP system
- Management of the purchasing card, including reconciling expenditure against statements, re-charging to appropriate budget codes, and reconciling with the ERP systems
- Preparation of meeting paper packs in advance of meetings, ensuring that digital copies are saved to the correct SharePoint locations

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT
- Minute taking experience
- Managing diaries
- Travel arrangements
- Experience in responding to non-routine queries with knowledge of when to signpost/escalate.
- Experience of committee servicing and taking minutes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
