I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a market leading fresh food manufacturer.

They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to support the current Supply Chain team to play a pivotal role in day to day operations, which include Production Planning, Warehouse & Procurement within a demanding and fast-paced chilled food environment.
- Previous experience within a supply chain, production or logistics role
- Administration experience within supply chain or similar roles
- Degree or qualification within Supply Chain Management (or similar) is highly desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills is highly desirable
- A strong understanding of supply chain
- Food supply chain or similar industry experience within the manufacturing sector
- Experience of working within a fast paced, busy logistics office
- Must have a hands on approach
- A high attention to detail is essential
- The ability to prioritise workloads
- Flexible approach
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Competent decision making

**Duties and Responsibilities;**
- Handling documents for imports for UK stock
- Assisting in managing new product roll outs from pricing approval to arrival for market.
- Place initial orders with suppliers, confirming volume, ready dates, forecasts, any specific product details.
- Monitor inventory and warehouse management for raw materials, and finished goods.
- Liaise with suppliers to manage product roll out, aligning with expected/planned roll out date.
- Creating and maintaining Product Records to ensure they are correct, complete and in line with product specifications
- Being aware of product delays (production, transport) analyse and understand impact in supply Chain
- Liaising with Suppliers and Transport department around delays
- Coordinate with Demand Planning team for Intersite transfers
- Review supplier price changes and ensure system is updated for purchase orders
