Project Coordinator Vacancy

The Carbon and Energy team deliver bespoke customer projects, mainly for niche and complex sub metering which includes electricity, water and gas. The Carbon team also manage new and future Net Zero services such as EV charger installations, heat metering services to comply with HNMBR and BMS data integrations. The team provide an excellent service to customers and we are looking for someone who is energetic, organized, confident and hard working to join our team. The role is challenging and very rewarding. You will be part of a team that is solution-driven, the position will provide you with a great learning experience, personally and professionally.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Process data in accordance with our contractual deadlines
- Ensure field activities are completed in line with contractual timescales and industry requirements De-programming and test dialling of meters following installation
- Provide support with technical stock procurement and new supplier set up
- To manage the back office set up for metering points including flow creation and amendments which may be required
- Provide administration, house-keeping and other support to management and colleagues in the department
- Record stats and produce trackers as agreed with customer’s guidance
- Working closely with the other teams to ensure that IMServ customers receive a high quality service and that both internal and external service levels are met
- Meet individual and team objectives
- Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution
- Prioritize and manage your workload to team and industry timescales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
