**The Opportunity**

People are at the heart of our change programmes and we are looking for a talented Change & Engagement Specialist who share's our passion for ensuring people are at the heart of what we do.

We are looking for an experienced Prosci practitioner to lead on change activities required to integrate large teams. Ideally you will have previous experience working on a large scale team integration at either project or enterprise level and you will have strong communications experience.

Your role will be varied and interesting; working with teams around the globe. Responsibilities will include
- Leading on business change activities; including change strategy and implementation
- Developing communications and engagement strategy
- Coaching managers to support teams through change
- Assessing the impact of change
- Measuring effectiveness of change initiatives

**About you**:
Ideally you will also bring;
- Professional change management qualifications such as Prosci or ACMP
- Experience working in agile environment
