**The Opportunity**

Do you like getting involved with developing and delivering digital change?

Look no further, we have 3 exciting roles for Change and Engagement Officer, to join the Change and Engagement Team. In this role you will be responsible for:

- preparing and delivering effective engaging presentations and other methods of communication, including tailoring these to meet the audience needs
- understanding ways of working for those impacted by a change and ensuring this informs the overarching change management approach
- building relationships with users across Parliament to ensure programmes/projects understand user needs and attitudes to change, helping to smooth the way for the roll out (and embedding) of new services and digital capabilities
- co-ordinating and delivering formal and informal digital coaching, training, and support (including developing relevant materials where needed) related to the planning, implementation, and embedding of digital change

**What You Need**
- experience of working within a changing environment, demonstrating the ability to recognise people’s different responses to change (including their own) and to effectively adapt and support themselves and others through that change
- ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with a wide range of people within and outside Parliament
- able to use good influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills to manage expectations and respond effectively in challenging situations**.**:

- effective and engaging communication skills with the ability to adapt approach (in writing and in person), including presenting complex/technical information in a relevant and accessible way for a range of audiences
- the ability to pass security clearance, backed by the right to work in the UK

Our Change & Engagement team supports crucial digital change across Parliament. We’re an inclusive, friendly and collaborative team with a strong culture of learning and sharing knowledge. With us, you’ll work on major digital programmes & projects at the very heart of our organisation and help everyone from Members of each House to staff at parliament to successfully engage with change.
