We are looking for a Wellbeing lead to join our team ct Cygnet Hospital Harrow.

Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Our acute in-patient psychiatric services offer assessment, diagnosis and treatment for individuals with a wide range of psychological and emotional problems, including those who are detained under the Mental Health Act.

**Main duties include**:

- To manage and implement the wellbeing initiatives for staff.
- Oversee the management of personalised wellbeing toolkits for staff
- To be a point of contact for staff regarding job role and responsibilities.
- To support new starters through the induction process and probationary period.
- To participate in inductions and with the induction booklet sign off for new starters.
- Manage and oversee the staff relations group (SRG) and be a conduit between staff and SMT.
- Ensure staff’s voices are heard and feedback goes both up and down.
- To offer appropriate guidance and support.
- To receive feedback and create action plans for areas that require improvement.
- To serve as a role model and a source of trusted information.
- To support co-workers in the recruitment and retention of staff through shortlisting and peer interviews.
- Manage the internal communications of the hospital (Digital Screens & Newsletter)
- Lead the overseas nurses pastoral support programme.
- Manage awareness of rewards/benefits at site level
- To manage and oversee the Cost of Living support on site.
