We are currently working with global membership organisation, who are specialist within the higher education sector, and we are searching for a Project Coordinator to support the team on a FTC

**About the role**:
**JOB TITLE**:Project Coordinator
**JOB TYPE**:FTC - 12 months - could turn full time permanent
**HOURS**:09:00am - 17:30pm (Flexible working & flexible hours)
**SALARY**:£28,000 - £30,000
**LOCATION**:Central London

**DUTIES**:
- To coordinate projects to delivery through coordinated planning, resource scheduling and capacity management.
- To work to their Operations Plan making effective use of resources, always adhering to budgets.
- To support the Head of Consultancy Operations coordinating the process of planning a range of programmes in the UK for a range of different clients including universities and government organisations.
- Attend project planning meetings with the project lead and clients as required
- Assist with the production of programme/project materials and supporting virtual delivery.
- Manage enquiries about potential programmes
- Liaise with the relevant project lead to take the opportunity forward.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, associates, suppliers and clients.
- Work to agreed financial processes and procedures, including the monitoring of project budgets, setting up of purchase orders and raising of invoices for clients.
- Support in developing and implementing the evaluation process for programmes and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of projects, including income, costs, participant numbers, participant days, and evaluation outcomes.
- To deliver excellence in customer service and contribute a culture of continuous improvement.
- To maintain information as required within CRM database relevant to setting up, tracking and delivery of projects.
- To work across the directorate of Programmes and Events as required.
- To be responsible for delivering to deadlines.
- Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the level of the role.
**Experience, knowledge and skills required**:
- Experienced in working in a project coordinator / events coordinator position
- Demonstrably excellent IT skills, specifically for all core Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of managing high volume projects
- Proven track record of project managing both long and short term projects
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience of scheduling and planning event logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to pay close attention to detail
- Inter-personal skills of a high order
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Flexibility and the ability to respond constructively to problems and unaccustomed situations
- Experience of managing budgets
- Experience of raising and managing contracts
- PRINCE2 qualification - Desirable
- Educated to degree level - Desirable
- Experience of working in a training & development environment - Desirable
- Basic knowledge of learning and development practices (e.g. training life cycle) - Desirable
