**Position**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Admin Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in administration while maintaining a flexible work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week).
- Assist with general office duties
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements within the specified work hours.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Stock control and hardware purchasing.
- Scheduling site visits.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively within the specified hours (10am - 3pm).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute positively to the team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
