**_ What you’ll be doing_**:
Take proactive responsibility for effectively managing the flow of essential data among HR, other corporate departments, SPEN business departments, and the resourcing department. Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive supporting documentation and utilise a Power BI dashboard to monitor trainee progress, assessments, placement plans, and generate reports.

Assist the Workforce Management team by assisting with various administrative duties. These include tasks such as generating reports and scorecards, organising schedules, handling departmental mailbox and communicating with business managers.

Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the Workforce team, which involves arranging travel, managing SAP orders, and maintaining records of receipts. Help in the planning and coordination of stakeholder or trainee events, assessment centres, and orientations. Take the lead in managing the annual resourcing calendar and collaborate with IT, General Services, Logistics, and Fleet to predict the yearly requirements for laptops, phones, personal protective equipment (PPE), and vehicles.

Assist in preparing budgetary requirements for the Workforce Management team. Work in collaboration with HR Learning and Development (L&D) to ensure the proper maintenance, sharing, and updating of technical training programs and records. Provide support in audits and progress monitoring for trainee placement managers, team leaders, and Heads of Resource.

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- High degree of self-motivation & enthusiasm
- Capable of communication with all levels of the business in financial, technical, and business terms.
- Demonstrate an ability to work with, develop and where necessary coach and mentor others
- Willing to travel to various offices.

**_Minimum Criteria_**:

- Experience working in a similar support role
- Awareness of typical HR policies and processes.
- Awareness of company Health & Safety requirements and compliance
- An effective and confident written and verbal communicator
- Computer literacy - e.g., Microsoft Office suite
- Entry qualification - ONC or C&G equivalent (preferred)
