Sitting at the junction between our products and the customer, you will become the expert on market trends, the target audiences, and the competition for the marketing department and the wider business. You will also look to develop an understanding of consumers’ motivations to purchase our products, as well as help steer product positioning by analysing the competitive landscape.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market, and continuously improve product positioning based on market feedback.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new products meet customer needs and become an expert on our products and their features and benefits.
- Coordinate product marketing across all business areas and support the Head of Digital in the execution of company marketing and communication strategies.
- Understand trends and customer needs from an end-user perspective, creating buyer/user personas with the support of the marketing team.
- Develop knowledge of our wider product offering, becoming an expert in our portfolio of products and services.
- Support internal communication campaigns to effectively distribute key information to intended stakeholders across the company.
- Prepare coherent monthly marketing reports using data analysis tools for events, websites, and social media, closely monitoring each channel's effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Product Marketing, Product Design, or a related field.
- 1+ years of product marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of the home improvement and furniture markets.
- DIY skills and experience are a must.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with market research and product development.
