We’re recruiting for a Client Support Coordinator to join a small but friendly company in the Henfield area. Your role will include a varied mixture of, Administration, Inbound Sales, Customer Service and some Marketing. Due to the nature of the position you will need a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as you will be travelling to different sites.
As a Client Support Coordinator your role will include:
- Inbound warm sales - calling potential new clients that have enquired on the website
- Visiting different sites across Sussex
- Building relationships with clients
- Identifying each potential enquiry and convert accordingly
- Maximising opportunities for product sales when onboarding new clients
- Other ad-hoc office duties
You’ll need excellent communication skills both written and verbally, be customer focused, with excellent organisational skills and fantastic people skills, who can maintain a positive approach in a busy and varied role.
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
This is a part time position working 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday with room to increase hours. Can be very flexible and work between school hours. The salary ranges between £20,000 up to £24,000.
