Business Support Administrator

I am working with a FMCG organisation based on the outskirts of Maidstone who are looking to recruit a business administrator to join their busy fast paced team.
The business administrator role will very varied, with the opportunity to get involved in many areas of the business. From supporting the production team by maintaining a purchase order system for materials, supporting H&S manager with maintaining recordsand supporting the HR Manager with preparing letters & contracts.
**The day to day duties included for the business administrator**:
Assisting with the creation of a PO system for the production
Creating PO’s in collaboration with the team who are placing orders
Tracking receipt of goods, matching goods receipts notes to PO’s
Matching invoices to PO’s, ensuring goods have been received and quantities and prices are correct
Passing invoices to Finance to process for payment
Input training data into the training matrix
Follow up on outstanding corrective actions from audits, inspections etc
Assist in delivering basic training
Carry out basic H&S inspections, checks and assessments
Assist in annual COSHH & manual handling assessment reviews
Compiling data, reviewing trends
Draft offer letters and contracts for review
Review data prepared by the Finance department to notify the HR team of any issues with attendance or work rate
**Skills and experience included for the business administrator**:
Excellent Excel skills - and willingness to learn if unsure on some parts
Ability to build relationships at all levels within a business
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Work well in a high-pressured environment
Previous work experience within a similar administrative role
**Extras**:
Salary £25000-£28000 depending on experience
Hours very flexible as long as 40 hour week is worked
Monday - Friday
