**Customer Liaison Officer - 6 month FTC - Liverpool city centre location.**

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer for a large charitable organisation to assist in customer support during various projects happening next year.

The role is looking to start asap and whilst mainly office based you would be expected to attend on site 1 -2 days a week to meet with customers face to face.

Our client have projects happening on site in Cheshire and on The Wirral, and are looking for an exceptional customer liaison professional who can liaise and engage with customers to make sure all communication is seamless and be the go between with any concerns/ queries.
- Liaise and engage with the customers to give them the chance to raise any concerns, bringing this information back to the office.
- Attend any site meetings or customer forums on behalf of the company.
- Oversea any H&S or risk assessment concerns, checking up on any contractual or code of practice concerns / issues.
- Arrange any required meetings or open days.
- Report any concerns or identify any onsite issues.
- To adhere to the company policies and procedures.

This role is very much a customer focused role where communication and organisation is paramount. Ideally if you have any experience within construction sector, housing, project management then this is a plus. Also any background within the public sector isalso desirable.

This role is for 6 month on a fixed term basis however there is a chance for a permanent role.

Due to the location of the Cheshire site, a driver would be necessary.
Salary range of £28,000pa - £35,000pa depending on experience.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
