DMS Property Maintenance are a family run company based near Folkestone, Kent. We have a proven track record of success which has enabled us to grow year on year both in the private, commercial, and social housing sectors.

The position will be office-based working from home or at our office between folkestone and Dover

Transport is required when travelling to our office,

**The individual we are seeking must have**:

- Extensive Knowledge and experience within the property maintenance / repairs sector
- Be able to diagnose potential issues and defects within properties
- Recommend rectification works
- Use excel and IT at a good pace

We envisage this position to be between 30-40 hours per week. In return, we will offer a competitive package, commensurate with the post.

Salary will be based on all the above being in the region of £40,000 per annum for full time
