Fieldway are currently looking to recruit a Works Coordinator on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The Your ability to work to deadlines and organised approach will enable you to schedule workloads for various trades, plan and assign jobs within given timescales.

Your excellent customer service skills will enable you to develop and maintain strong relationships and provide a first class service to customers. You will be required to document schedules, update spreadsheets and do all general administration.

As a Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for enabling the delivery of Pre Programmed Maintenance and Reactive Calls for Fieldway Group.

This post will be to manage contract requirements for a range of jobs including but not limited to
- Handling calls
- Schedule a range of works
- Manage customer and client relationships
- Managing operatives

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for receiving, recording and action as appropriate, incoming phone calls and mail in connection with the company’s work scheduling.
- Maintaining the company’s schedule, diary and all other works via the works management system on an on-going basis.
- Collating, compiling and submitting reports for our various clients.
- Allocating engineers / Operatives to relevant tasks as required and within agreed company guidelines.
- Managing scheduled, live and overdue jobs and reporting the status internally and externally
- Material ordering as is necessary for any Company work being undertaken.
- Issuing of introduction and programming letters to policy holders.
- Full administration of each task from scheduling to collating the required certification and invoicing.
- Reporting financial status of each project to the finance team
- To carry out such other duties as may be assigned from time to time, which, in the company’s view are deemed to be within the range of skills and experience of the jobholder.
- To assist colleagues as required from time to time in their duties and responsibilities as determined by the job holders manager or director

**Schedule**:
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Monday - Friday

Specific hours to be agreed with Manager

**Salary**: £21,255.00 per annum

**Holidays**: 22 days per annum, plus Bank Holidays
