We are looking for a motivated and passionate Programme Coordinator to join our small team and assist in the coordination of our widening participation programmes. The Programme Coordinator will work with and report directly to our CEO.

InsideUni works with a variety of public sector clients including NHS England and local government, and works with a number of stakeholders including top universities, schools, and other charities in the social mobility sector.

In this position, you will work closely with the CEO to ensure our programmes run smoothly. You will be involved in coordinating our volunteer teams and liaising with our partner organisations, clients, and other sector stakeholders, including top universities, government agencies, and schools and local authorities. You will support the development of these relationships and in due course, help to manage them.

You will lead the delivery of in-school sessions, coordinating a team of volunteer assistants at these sessions. As a result, this role will involve some travel on the company’s behalf.

You will also be assisting in the marketing and advertising of our programmes and resources, including via our social media platforms for our student-led programmes.

Because this role is broad in nature, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who has previous experience working with young people, in a volunteer-driven setting, or in education/outreach. You will receive support to help develop your skills and have the opportunity to work directly with our CEO to develop our programme plans and strategies.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
