Yeovil, United Kingdom Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Thinking of moving to Somerset or already living in the area - either way we would love to welcome you to join us at Yeovil District hospital. Somerset is said to be the best-kept secret of the South West, it is a county of variety, offering rolling countryside, peaceful home life and compelling cultural life, all within gorgeously natural or historic surroundings. The benefits of working in Somerset include the idyllic countryside, with our areas of outstanding beauty and stunning coastlines. You will get to enjoy these perks whilst still only being a stone's throw away from bustling city centres like Bristol, Bath and Exeter and only two hours away from London.

An opportunity has arisen for Band 6 Occupational therapists to join the Reablement Therapy team that covers the Jasmine wards at YDH and local bedded units as part of our 7 days working expansion. Enjoy rehabilitation and enabling patients to achieve their goals? If so then this is the exciting opportunity for you, we work with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and enable them to return back to their normal place of residence where possible using community services such as D2A, Community SPOC and IRT as needed.
