Hyreus Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telecoms Field Planning Supervisor.

**Role Summary**:
Supporting your manager in supervising the field planning team.

Ensure all involved are fully aware of project requirements and expectations.

Ensure all have access to adequate tools, equipment to complete tasks.

Conduct field planning activities in line with the planners.

**Requirements**:
Supervising the field planners and surveyors.

Provide technical advice when required.

Work in conjunction with planners, surveyors etc ensuring effective communication.

Report on planning activities.

Ensure planning requirements within regions are carried out to efficiently and in required time frame.

Highlight/progress design discrepancies to the planning base.

Have flexibility when dealing with amendments to planned information.

Consulting with the public and obtaining right of way etc.

Assist with streamlining processes and ensure all team members are trained as required.

Motivate and supervise a successful team to deliver.

Strong relationship builder.

Effective communication and leadership skills.

Microsoft Office.

Driving licence.
