Interim HR Officer

My Client is a growing organisation and is a leader in innovative primary care services.
The role is paying between £13-£15 per hour with up to 37.5 hours a week.
**Based in Islington, London.**
**Main Duties**
**Recruitment & Selection**:
- Assist in developing a robust, fair, and impartial recruitment service.
- Manage the hiring process, ensuring compliance with Right to Work and other regulations.
- Conduct reference checks and DBS screenings.
- Plan future hiring procedures and goals.
- Assist in the recruitment of new staff, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and values.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality induction processes for new employees.
**IT**:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of office-based software and hardware, including MS Teams.
- Proficiency in HR and Mandatory training software used at the organization.
**Administration**:
- Maintain an up-to-date HR database with accurate employee information.
- Handle computer/data entry and session allocation, with attention to rota software.
- Undertake various administrative tasks, ensuring proper management, filing, and follow-up of information.
- Support the HR department in achieving full compliance with relevant requirements.
**Skills and Experience**
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification or above or similar experience
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and managers.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Experience working in a busy environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £11.44-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
