**About this Role**:
We are currently looking for a Business Development Administrator to join our busy New Business Accounts team with the primary responsibility of loading onboarding properties to our Qube system in readiness for management of the developments. Previous experience of property management and Qube knowledge is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

**Some Responsibilities and Goals you’ll own**:

- Obtaining required information from our Mobilisation Team with regards to loading the property onto Qube System.
- Loading the developments onto Qube including units, apportionments, budgets, schedules.
- Loading Managements Companies on to Qube following incorporation.
- Managing the New Business Accounts inbox, answering queries and keeping records for each new site.
- Sending budgets for tender to developers
- Any other adhoc tasks as required.

**Must Have Skills**:

- You will be proactive and have a positive and hands-on attitude.
- A good team player and able to build relationships with other teams.
- Willingness to learn.
- All round IT competency is essential and MS Office experiences is essential including Word, Excel, Outlook.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of using Qube
- Previous experience within Property Management / Block Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Salisbury
