Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the purchasing team in sourcing and procuring medical supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and new product developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
