**OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE**

An international company with base in Asia & Europe, dedicated to conceptualize, develop and expand its own franchise business in the ice cream sector, with presence in many countries and growing, is looking for an **Operations Executive** for the company's branch in **United Kingdom (UK).**

As an Operations Executive at Yolè, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of our operations. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing various aspects of the company's daily activities, coordinating processes, and optimizing workflow to drive productivity and enhance customer experience

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. **Process Management**: Oversee and streamline operational processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

3. **Operational Analytics**: Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement, make data-driven decisions, and optimize operational performance. Implement tracking systems to measure store performance using KPI’s.

4. **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and operational activities, contributing to data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Responsible for updating and maintaining both the Store Master Database and the Store Process and Procedure Manuals to ensure accuracy and functionality.

5. **Quality Control**: Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to uphold Yolè's standards.

6. **Standard Operations**: Understanding and controlling the basis of the global and local business operations. For example: a. Staff Training and Development: b. Customer Service Support c. Auditing

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience.
- Experience in retail industry in a multi-store environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with ERPs is desirable, with a preference for Oracle (Micros Simphony)
- Microsoft environment experience (Word, Excel, Power Point), especially high level in Excel.
- Ability to speak in Spanish is advantageous.
