Our client is entering an exciting period of growth and is offering this wonderful opportunity for a Business and Administration Manager to join their supportive team. The successful applicant will head up a small administration team whilst delivering customer-focusedservice to all stakeholders.

**Main duties**:
Supervising and managing your team is a crucial element of this role. From providing training and support when required to undertaking supervision or appraisals, you will be responsible for your small team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

You will also manage absence and annual leave across the business.

The successful applicant will also undertake the following duties:

- Hands-on day-to-day management of the administration office.
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and Production heads as required.
- Management of all incoming calls into the office.
- Supervision and management of the Administration team to include time management, appraisals and holidays etc.
- Providing training, development and support as and when required.
- Managing key customer accounts.
- Responsible for arranging electronic archiving.
- Leading and co-ordinating invoicing, order entry and despatch.
- Maintaining contact with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Arranging and booking appropriate courier services.

**About you**:

- Hands-on working knowledge of SAGE Accounts
- Keen eye for detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in managing or leading a team within an accounting/office environment
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in both English and Maths are essential
- Desirable: continued commitment to personal development
