**Northgate Healthcare Ltd** - Accounts Assistant

**Hours**:
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 to 14:00. **16 hours per week**

A part-time position is now available in a family-run business within the care industry. The position is based just outside Bridgnorth in a small office building. You will work closely with the accounts manager to make sure that all aspects of the accounts are up-to-date and accurate so the Operations Manager and Director can make informed and strategic decisions.

Job description:

- To input supplier invoices correctly onto the system (Sage 50 Accounts)
- Printing off customer statements and monthly reconciliations
- Chasing up any outstanding customer arrears for the assigned care homes
- Input daily bank transactions for the assigned care homes
- Monitoring accounts inbox
- Payroll processing (Sage 50 Payroll)
- Monthly Petty Cash reconciliations
- Professionally answering the phone.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assisting in preparing budgets and financial forecasts by providing historical financial data and input on anticipated expenses and revenues.
- General administration work, supporting our Accounts Manager.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
