**About us**

Automatic Access Limited is a small to medium privately owned business in Bridgnorth with an excellent customer service record and industry reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input and maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers
- Cash accounting and bank reconciliations
- Purchase ledger payments
- Allocate debtor receipts
- Monthly monitoring and reconciling of credit cards and petty cash claims
- Credit control
- Preparation of data for processing by payroll agency
- General administration duties to support the business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in finance and accountancy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using financial software and tools
- Effective communication skills

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
