Title: Office Administration and HR Assistant

Location: Home-based - may require you to travel to school's across London

Position Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week)

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and professional individual to join our team as an
Administration and HR Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the organisation by managing a range of administrative and HR tasks.
You will be the first point of contact for many employees, clients, and stakeholders, and will be responsible for ensuring that all communications and interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings, organising and maintaining files and records, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate individual or department
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and benefits enrolment
- Maintain employee records, including tracking attendance and leave, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Support the HR team in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees, as well as performance management and employee development
- Assist with the administration of benefits and compensation programs, including managing enrolments and answering employee questions
- Handle HR-related tasks, such as preparing and processing employment documents and conducting HR-related research
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures to support the smooth operation of the organization
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an administrative and HR role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
